The Boston Mini Club Is Not Impressed with MINI's Full 360° Backflip!

Hat Tip to Susan K.

MINI has one-upped all car stunts of recent memory with this stunt! They are calling it the world's first "unassisted 360 degree backflip" in a car. The modified Mini John Cooper Works Countryman used for the stunt caught approximately 40 feet of air.

However, the Boston Mini club is not impressed with the story. According to the club's course designer Scruffy, "That's nothing new. We work these backflip elements into our autocross courses at each event." Autocross competitor and Mini owner Audra T. was more than a little ticked off: "Dude, I invented that *bleeping* backflip!"

The two are determined to design and execute a "MINI corkscrew" at one of this season's events. Check this space regularly as the news develops.
